The most precious of commodities these days seems to be “time” and we know that your time is valuable.  When you speak to one of our friendly office personnel they will do their best to schedule service for you at a time that works best for you.  We will also call you ahead of time to let you know when we are on the way.  In addition, we will respect your time and in the event there is a delay in the original time that was scheduled, we will let you know as soon as possible and communicate this to you.

With homes and families of our own, we are aware that emergencies do not always happen during “normal” business hours.  We completely understand we are in the “service” business and that requires being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays!).  We take pride in “serving” our communities—no matter what time of day.  What you need is important to us.  We want to be of service to you!

We also understand that when you are in an urgent situation the last thing you want is to listen to an answering machine.  When you call Duane Blanton Plumbing for service, you will speak to a real person who will schedule your call.   In certain situations, when necessary, we may have a manager or one of our specialized technicians call you back to further discuss your situation.  We promise we will do our best to communicate your concerns and get your problem taken are of.
