Donation to a School of Your Choice:  

At Duane Blanton Plumbing, we believe that education is extremely important.  We also know that in today’s economy many good programs are being cut from our children’s educational opportunities.   To help, we will hold a drawing once a month EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUR VALUE PLAN MEMBERS for a donation to the school/school program of your choice to receive a $200 donation. 

To participate in this drawing, please fill in the attached form and submit it below. The winning school/school program will be posted monthly at duaneblantonplumbing.com along with the first name and last initial of the person submitting the entry.  Only one entry per email address/household per month, please.
